CLI rewired our entire house, they were flexible with our timeline which was tight and responded well to any issues that came up as we worked on the project. While CLI dealt well with their employees and us, when it came to getting the electrical inspections completed as required by law they were hesitant to go the extra step to ensure that we got the proper final inspection as we thought was neccisary. while this is the ESA's responsiblility we felt it was CLIs job to deal with them to ensure that that aspect of our job was completed properly since redoing all of the electrical in our house was done only to make it safe.

We are quite dissappointed with the reveiw this customer has given us and feel it is undeserved. The final inspection was done at the same time the inspector was there to inspect the service and a Certificate of Inspection was issued. We did follow up with the ESA twice and spoke with the supervisor and told them we wanted the inspector to come out again and that the customer wanted to see the inspector do the final inspection. We were told it had already been done hence the issuance of the Certificate of Inspection, which was given to the customer. Our goal is to make sure our customers are happy and satisfied, although we do realize that you can't please everyone all the time no matter what you do.
