If you are contemplating getting a home security system do yourself a favor and do not get ADT Protectron. I have been a customer for two years and have given them the benefit of the doubt but have had enough. Since being with them we have been misrepresented to, taken advantage of, and they refuse to listen. They make promises they do not follow through on and provide poor customer service. They say they will call to resolve issues and never do and you have to follow them on every promise they make because if you do not they will not keep their word. Find another provider if you want a system but do not go with ADT Protectron. Cost is monthly which for what we got is a joke.
