Pete Skinner is very knowledgable and patient when contacetd with a problem or asked to explain some aspect of computer use. He is responsive when called or emailed and he is polite in his dealings with clients. He doesn't smoke so it's easy to sit beside him while he shows you how to corrct or prevent a problem. I would recommended him to anyone in need, including seniors who are less familiar with this technology. He assisted me when my wireless card didn't work and the computer had to be serviced more than once. He also has helped me to purchase printer and get it operating.
