Jordan provided me with a date that the lights would be installed and completed the job on the specified date. Jordan and his team completed the job in a safe and timely manner with great workmanship. The team was able to access and install lights on a very difficult to reach peak thanks in part to the use of the boom lift. DS electric reached out to me after submitting a service request through home Stars for the installation of a smart doorbell and chime. Dino from DS Electric promptly responded to my request. Dino provided me with a reasonable quote for the requested work over the phone. Dino made time to have the work completed the same day. The work was completed quickly and with great workmanship. Upon completion of the installation, Dino stayed to to help install and set up the app and answer all of our questions regarding the use of the app before leaving. We will definitely be using DS Electric for all our future electrical needs.

Entertering into the summer season I was aware that my existing air conditioner was in need of replacement. After reading many outstanding reviews for The Hot and Cool Guys I reached out to them. Otto took the time to discuss all my options and answered the many questions I had. Otto also kept in constant contact with me regarding the scheduled completion date. The Hot and Cools guys were considerate of my work schedule (working nights) and made every possible accommodation for me. Their work was exemplary; the floor runners were a nice touch keeping my home clean. Otto and team went beyond all reasonable expectations. Even with their busy schedule they were able to do preventative maintenance on my furnace. Furthermore they changed a faulty valve for my humidifier free of charge. I couldn't be happier with the products and services provided to me by the hot an cool guys. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and will not hesitate in call them back for any of my future heating or cooling needs.
