Based on reviews here I hired Moveworks to pack and unload my home contents from one location in Oakville to another. I'm writing this review in frustration because they have yet to contact me after I left messages to voice my complaints. First things first, I was not fully packed but I let the movers know that they did not have to worry about anything that was not packed within the move time of 11am - 4:30pm. The three guys that came were friendly enough but didn't look physically strong enough to move all of the things that I had. They ran over the time and didn't finish at my old house until 6pm. They didn't finish unpacking at my new home until about 8pm. I had to pick up the keys at my new place so I was running back and forth between houses. The truck arrived at my new house before I did. I came over and let the guys in but then I had to drive back to my old house. When I got there I realized that Moveworks had NOT packed all of the ready content. They left my patio furniture on my porch and missed around 10 boxes or containers in various rooms. I called the driver to let him know about this and he came back an hour or so later to pick up the rest of the content for a second trip to my new house. They also didn't remove the 52" RP TV in my basement. They were unable to bring it up the stairs. This is despite the sales rep having said that it would not be a problem. I had to dispose of it because the new owners didn't want it. That cost me another $250. They also gouged the leg of my platform bed and broke a couple of glasses. They didn't reassemble any of the furniture that they took apart either. I was thoroughly unimpressed and I would not use them again. As a single father I feel like I could have paid less for better service elsewhere. UPDATE: Moveworks contacted me and agreed on the phone to reimburse me for the cost of the TV removal. I sent them the invoice in December/12 and I have yet to see a cheque almost 3 months later.

- Give more accurate time and content quotes. Don't ignore their customers.

- Don't use this company.
