Ilse was great to work with - she was able to answer all my questions and return phone calls/emails promptly. I had expressed a desire to have the work done before a specified date and she was able to arrange for the work to be completed by that time. I will definitely be working with this company again and hope to have Ilse as the project manager.

My carpets look fantastic again!! We had stains from prior cleaning with a home bissel, kids and pet stains - Todd was able to remove everything. I will definitely be using him again and highly recommend his services!
