I hired preferred plumbing to unclog our dishwasher. I was very nervous that during covid-19 this would be a problem. However, the first thing Mario did before entering my home was explain all the precautions and equipment he was using to prevent any spread, always keeping me informed of sanitation, masks and gloves he was using to be cautious. Quickly my problem was diagnosed and what should have taken an hour took over 3, as Raphi and Mario did not want to leave without flushing out the dishwasher pipes over 10x until they were satisfied they ran clean. They went over and above their job, always being sure to wear in-home booties to keep my floors clean, they used my central vac to vacuum behind the dishwasher, and even installed the bag holder under the sink to give me more space! I couldn't be more impressed with these guys. I would hire them over and over again. Their easy demeanor and knowledge put me at ease and I would trust them with all my plumbing needs.

From the very start KBB was organized, clean, and efficient. We went through the entire procedure from permits to building and everything was explained to me in a clear and simple manner. Their quote was fair and on par with other quotes that came in, but their experience and fresh ideas on design and build is what made us go with them. We had an amazing experience with the entire team and they guided us through from beginning to end. Of course we hit some bumps in the road (pipes in the walls were bigger than expected) and we sat down together to go through the best and most cost effective way to manage. I would (and have already) refer KBB to anyone in need of home renos and we are actually using them again this summer to build our deck for us. They installed the most beautiful kitchen for us using their suggested kitchen people, their plumbers, their electricians, so we only had to deal with them directly. We hope to use them again for washrooms and upstairs renos as well and would encourage anyone looking for renos to consider this amazing team of highly skilled workers and tradesmen.

From the very start Joanne was a complete pleasure to deal with. She was quick to reply via email, well organized and polite. She delivered my boxes with extreme care, so as not to scratch our floors, even though we told her we were about to start renovations and they were being ripped out. We needed to extwend the use of our boxes and it was simple and easy, once again with clear explanation and so happy to help us. Joanne was so appreciative of us using their company, but we are the ones who had a great experience. The boxes were large, sturdy and clean and picked up on time. We would absolutely use this company again and refer them to friends and family. Let them help your next move go smoothly.

Working with JK Engineering was an absolute pleasure. Their service was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Justin explained everything clearly and easily so that we would understand it all before we began. His architect spent over 5 hours taking measurements of our home in a most professional manner. They were polite, clean and quick. They were competitive and fair in price and after receiving the stamped drawings 5 days after their home visit I was granted the building permit seamlessly.
