They were able to come the next day to my rented property to replace a faucet washer. I explained to the rep on the phone both the issue and the remedy, a five minute job to remove one bolt, replace that worn out washer with another 2 dollar washer and the retighten the bolt. I've done this before myself but wasn't able to get to the property to do it this time around. The rep on the phone told me wouldn't quote me a price or even a ballpark price. The only thing he was prepared to say was the plumber would need to give me the price and that if I didn't want to do the work there was be a forty dollar fee. When the plumber came out he firstly attempted to upsell me on the extent of work that needed to be done say essentially the tap needed to be replaced. When I told him that wasn't necessary he then told me he would be have to special order the part. Again I told him this wasn't necessary as a standard sized washer from a local hardware store would suffice. He did end up changing the washer and then sent me a bill for $250!!! Complete extortion. What's worse if I didn't know what the issue was and how it is fixed, he would probably have gotten hundreds more out of me!

George and his staff were knowledgeable, efficient, professional and courteous. They walked us through the issues with the existing unit and why it needed to be replaced. The installation was quick running all the duct work and installing the new units over the course of two days. The old unit was removed and the work area thoroughly was left spotless. George then came by personally post installation to ensure we were satisfied with the unit and understood how to operate it. Very happy both with the new unit and the service that George and his team provided!
