Fabulous customer service for a change. This company called me on a Sunday night (wow, they work weekends too!) to warn me that they were planning on a fertilizer treatment and aeration the next day. I mentioned that I had just spread topsoil and grass seed over about half of my 1/3 acre property that day (which took 5 hours!) and if possible can we reschedule for one week later? They were happy to comply and when they showed up for the next appt they were SO sweet and sensitive to not trample the new grass. And to watch out for my 4 yr old who unfortunately was in the way,,,, I was so happy and grateful, it was wonderful. Thanks guys!

I would never recommend this company. We researched. We were very disappointed. The cleanup after their shoddy job and their non existant clean afterwards literally took 6 months, because the job was 6 months ago and Im still finding my lawn full of broken glass. Thanks to them. I have little kids, this was their responsibility, they left my home and my furniture and my lawn and property full of nails/ broken glass/ screws/ splinters/ anything you can think of that is dangerous. Follow up and apologies; non existant. Disgusting.

I have a small-ish 4 bedroom house (ie 2100 sq feet, it has an unfinished basement not considered.) I called Merry Maids for a price quote and they came to look over the house. They were unimpressed with my housecleaning efforts thus far (ie they would run fingers over top of picture frames hanging on walls.) They quoted me $100 per week for a cleaning, which doesnt include windows or laundry or any steamcleaning/ special treatment. That price was pretty high considering my last cleaners charged $75. Anyway I agreed and we set a time for their first cleaning. They told me to get things off the floor in prep for their visit (to assist them w vacuuming) and off all counters (to assist w kitchens/ bathrooms/ etc.) I complied, and made arrangements to have my two toddlers out of the way for their visit. They never showed up and never returned any of my calls. NOT impressed. I ended up finding a new INCREDIBLE cleaner who were AMAZING and, again, only $75 per week.
