1) Competitive pricing; 2) Quality workmanship - the installation was excellent - no shortcuts - just done the right way; 3) Good Products; 4) Great attitude - they are not finished until you are completely satisfied; 5) 10 yr parts and labour warranty; 6) What is there not to like? We had a factory problem with the fist ac unit that was installed but it was promptly replaced. They followed up to make sure that all aspects of the installation were completed to our satisfaction as they said they would. Initially, I thought that promise may just be a sales pitch but these guys lived up to it - how refreshing is that! The installers were very courteous and respectful. I can' t recommend this firm highly enough.
