We were referred to Titans through a friend who highly recommended them for our roofing project. Shawn came to the house do the estimate and explained the process to us. He patiently answered all of our questions, and provided a very detailed quote. Because we had an existing roof leak, we wanted to get the roof replaced early in spring, and Titans accommodated our timing. Nicole, Kate, and Tracey were in contact with us before and throughout the process and kept us informed of timing and what would happen next. The crew arrived on time were very courteous. The roof replacement and insulation top up were done as scheduled and the crew cleaned up the eavestroughs, yard and driveway very thoroughly to ensure no debris was left behind. The new roof looks great and the insulation has made the second floor noticeably more comfortable. Great job!
