Diamond Tree Care & Consulting Inc. came out to my property and provided a free quote. We were able to approve the quote on line. They called the day before to confirm they were coming and arrived as promised. They did a great job with excellent cleanup. Highly recommend them.
Technician called to say he was delayed. Showed up as per revised time, smart, very pleasant and in uniform. He changed my furnace filters and also removed the cover from my air conditioner and checked it was working. He. Was quick and efficient and respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers to protect my newly cleaned floors.

Screen door repair and screen replacement
Greg is a super nice guy. Came within 24 hours to fix my broken 'slider' in my screen door and replaced the badly damaged screen. Fast, clean and reasonably priced.
Supply and installation of new Furnace and Air Conditioner
After being notified by various vendors that my furnace and air conditioner both needed replacing I went with Reliance. The Home Comfort Advisor, Matt, did a great job explaining my options to purchase or rent and the free A/C offer. I went with the rental option which includes maintenance twice a year. They installers were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They red carpeted the stairs to the basement to minimize mess, worked diligently for 6 hours and explained in detail how to operate the system once installed. Overall a 10 out of 10.
