Purchased a new semi-detached home from Jager in 2004. There was a series of problems starting with windows being put on backwards, no insulation in some of the outside walls, garage leaked, improper installation of doors. These deficiencied took approximately 5 years and numerous phone calls until they were finally completed. I would not build another home with this company.
