I had found rice grain droppings beneath the fan in my washroom, I contacted pestend who was able to asses the issue the same day. My experience started with Tony from pestend who had kept me up to date with his ETA throughout the day and when he did arrive he was very professional and identified the issue fairly quickly and provided a solution to ridding of the attic mice which were discovered.
