We hired Rosalind and her team to stage our townhouse for sale. I have done my own staging for previous home sales but this time I'm very glad that I chose to go with Simply Home Downsizing instead. Tom was our inspector from Clear View, and he has been quick to respond to our phone calls and answered all our questions with patience. He showed up on time on inspection day and went through the process methodically. He has done a lot of work in our neighborhood and knows many problem-prone areas, which were pointed out to us during the inspection. Tom documented and explained the issues we have and made sure to give us a chance to ask any questions we might have. The report was completed and emailed to us on the same day. We are happy with the service we received and would recommend Tom to anyone looking for a home inspector.
