I was looking for couple of options to renovate my house. It’s newly built and I didn’t like the appliances builder was offering me. I talk to couple of independent dealers if they can swap. Builder himself was offering voucher from brick but man once they find out I have to voucher, they behave very differently… Anyways a friend told me about this store on steeles. I went it on a weekend, it was busy. There appliances area had more LG, Bosch, Kitchenaid stuff. I figured out that they will be pricey. Anyways, soon a sale’s man approached and started regular chat. Luckily my wife is tough and did all the research. She pulls the model numbers and started asking questions. Long talk short, sales man asked manger to involve and we got the deal what we were looking for. Sure it was a big purchase of complete kitchen appliances, laundry room and TV room. I was scared about the payment and price drop as I was buying 2 months ahead of my closing. Again they offer me to deposit a portion and my price will be guaranteed till time of delivery. They sweeten the deal and I went ahead with the purchase. Now the interesting part started. We both started comparing the prices and watching what was on website and other retailers were offering. Just 10 days before closing TV price droped… YES ! let me go and see what he will do? I went there and talk about the price adjustment… surprisingly manager didn’t reduce the price on TV without any question. Again, time of delivery arrived, they called me for rest of the payment. When I went there they offer me a 6 month no interest payment plan. Juicy! What’s the catch I asked… “ NOTHING” sales guy said. Anyways! Today it’s been 3 months. I have appliances in home working beautifully. Prices I got on that deal still better than what they are putting on their website. Not to push anything but I guess if I spend more money I can get better service.
