Knowing that the house into which I moved was not in good shape, I asked him to check the whole plumbing and do all necessary repairs (basement, two bathrooms, kitchen, removing unused pipes). Later on I learned that some of it was not necessary and realized that he was charging too much, and continued with someone else. They are too much into business and not enough into plumbing, e.g. not knowledgeable enough about waste hear recovery, I had to find out everything myself. Work done was OK, though.

They were able to come earlier than estimated, did their job very conscientiously, helped with some issues that were beyond what was agreed, gave some good recommendations about another sick tree, cleaned up thoroughly. The price turned out to be very fair. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Based on recommendations, he was hired to rewire a whole house in steps. First, the quotations were reasonable, then over time it was obvious that he was overcharging (by a factor of two). When "firing" him, he became rude and intimidating. I don't have complaints about the quality, but he did not consult us properly (he recommended 13 potlights in the kitchen, did cost a fortune, now it is too bright, half as many would have done it).
