This past fall, my wife and I received five estimates to replace our thirty-one year-old Carrier with a high-efficiency furnace. While four of the estimates were very competitive, we chose Canadian Heating and Air Conditioning for three reasons: they install Napoleon furnaces that are built in Canada; their communication was on time and reliable; and their online reviews are excellent. My wife and I are extremely happy with our Napoleon 9600 (96% AFUE), 2-stage, variable speed furnace (it's very quiet). In addition, the technicians installed a new five inch filter box, custom cold air return drop, condensate pump, and a one-piece exterior vent. While the easiest and cheapest method to vent the furnace was to terminate the pipes above our back deck, we didn’t want to look at them in the summer months where we spend a lot of time. Thankfully, the technicians were able to use a concentric vent and terminate it through a gable wall where only my neighbour will ever see it. The workmanship is excellent, and everyone I dealt with from sales to installation was great. Thanks again guys, and we’ll see you in a month for our A/C service.
