My furnace needed to be replaced in the winter. Asif and his team were able to punctually install a brand new furnace and humidifier with extreme care and diligence, all while answering all of my questions, professionally and knowledgeably. I am very happy with my furnace and with the service I was provided.

I had a leak in my basement. Slava came punctually the next day. He shared his expertise on my situation. He told me I had an eaves trough problem. His honesty and general knowledge was much appreciated.

Reco was excellent. The job was completed in the exact timeline that I was told. I had water pooling at the side of my home and requested that concrete be poured to wash the water away from the home. The job exceeded my expectations. Water now washes away from my home, plus the finish came out amazing. The price was great. Most importantly, Domenic was able to answer all of my questions and concerns about the job opposed to other contractors who gave me quotes that were more expensive and with less knowledge.

We hired Revival Design to renovate our washroom. There were three major issues that made me disappointed and regretful. First, the scheduled timeframe to complete our washroom was 7 days; unfortunately, it took 35 days. During this time, my entire family had one washroom to share. In fact, the only reason the washroom was completed in 35 days was because we called Amr and told him we will be giving the job to someone else if no one comes tomorrow since no one came for a full week. Second, our project included a cabinet; Revival cut a hole in our wall --where the cabinet would go. Week after week we called inquiring about the cabinet and Amr said he would bring it next week each time --sadly the cabinet never came and we need to repair our wall. Additionally, they forgot to bring the bath tub plug, and despite our inquiries about this, it never came. Third, our driveway and concrete walkway is stained white from the material they had used. We need to repaint the asphalt driveway and simply deal with the concrete walkway. Ultimately, this company lacks honesty and customer service. Contacting the managers of this company is difficult as they seldom answer our calls.
