Hired this company to move our family from Toronto to London - movers arrived late and did not bring a large enough truck so told us to leave remainder of our belongings in the garage (unlocked) so that another truck would pick it up and bring it to the new house a half hour later. Five days later we still did not have the remainder of our belongings after numerous calls to the company and several promises that our stuff was on its way. Their customer Service was horrible - getting in touch with them after the fact was next to impossible and the promises they made to us never came true. BEWARE!!! Do not use this company.

The belongings were picked up the next day and brought to the securiy of our own warehouse. We had a 28' straight truck break down on this day. The belongings were safely delivered to London with no further cost to the customer. We apologize for the stress and inconvenience that this delay caused. Ann Thornton
