town and country has good selection and prices. i initially liked the salesman and had a good experience in the showroom. town and country provided an installer to install our carpet. the installer briefly described how he would install the carpet on our stairwell. when the job was done i was not happy with the way it looked. i was not able to resolve the situation with the installer, was intimidated in my dealings with him and was made to feel that the stairs were inadequate. i contacted town and country to no avail. the situation was never resolved and whenever i look at them i am reminded of the negative experience. i wish the installer had been upfront with me from the start.
