Bar none, the best customer experience, the most professional service, and excellence in execution we have ever had. From the moment Ron came to our property to provide a quote he built trust through transparency and continued to deliver throughout the entire job. It was no small task either - we asked for a concrete pad, a generator, power delivery to our shed, a hot tub hook up and floodlights. He prepared a detailed quote and broke down all of the components and all the options we shed for. Also a Generac dealer, he was able to answer all of our questions and provide suggestions and alternatives. Based on other quotes we received for the concrete pad alone, his quote was reasonable and fair. When the work started, members of his team all showed up on time and did great work. They were open to us observing and answered all of our (very many) questions. Despite them digging up what seemed to be our entire yard, the area was always safe, clean, and convenient to move around in. Each employee we met carried on the Ron Pratt brand of professionalism and skill. Scott did a great job digging up our trenches, Nick is an electrical genius, Caleb and Ryan supported with everything that needed to be done, and Jamie was unbelievably patient with a hot tub fiasco with another vendor. Ron even came after hours when we had an issue with the tub and worked with their technician over the phone to help solve the issue (and even followed up after the fact). Every day they showed up, as expected, ready to work with a plan for their time. We cannot say enough about the caliber of work, the pleasure of dealing with Ron’s team, or the peace of mind they delivered to us. Best money ever spent and worth every penny. I would recommend this company to anyone. I had the pleasure to deal with Roger. He was very prompt, called in advanced to let me know when he would be arriving. He took great pride in his work. Even took the time to show me my stairs current state and after once he cleaned them by doing half of one step. I was also impress in the care he took in making sure the corner walls were protected by putting these corner protectors so the hose would not scratch the walls. This was my first time doing business with Steam Dry Canada. At the end of the day it's the people like Roger that makes what Steam Dry Canada is. I had a great customer experience and it's people like Roger that makes that customer experience a great one. I would use them and refer them to any friends and colleagues.
