I had FinshedBasment do a complete basement finishing in September 2017. I was happy with the work and they completed the job within two weeks as promised. Several months later I noticed issues with some of the walls with the taping and some of the laminate flooring was coming apart/raised in certain areas. Initially Vitaly came to speak to us and said they would fix the walls but wait to see a couple of months if the issue with the floors might have been due to moisture/humidity. During that time, a worker came and started in stages to fix the walls, but nothing was happening in terms of fixing the floor issues. Since December 2017, no one has come at all to address the issues. I have plaster on my walls and the floor is coming apart in certain areas. Vitaly has stopped returning my calls. It has been almost a year since these issues have been brought up and I have been very patient but now that they are busy with other jobs they neglect to fix the issues with customers who have already paid. Their post job customer service has been horrible and frankly insulting with how I have been treated.

Hi Peter, it's unfortunate that you feel you had this type of experience with the finished basement team. Upon completing your job, and final balance meeting you were very happy with the job itself.
When you phoned about issues with your floor, we were very prompt in visiting your home. The crew lead made a site visit, and explained the reason you were having issues was due to water damage.
Igor, the owner also made a personal site visit and confirmed the same.
Other concerns were address on site, you were compensated for them, and at the time you were satisfied.
