Patti-Lynn returned my request for an estimate quickly and with some advice about carpeting material to withstand my cats scratching it. The price was very fair, and she had an installation crew out within three days. The work was done very professionally in about half a day. Work site was cleaned up and the new carpeting looks fabulous. I've had this company do work for me numerous times over more than 30 years, and the results have always met or exceeded my expectations.

Phil and his crew of six arrived on time when they said they would. Phil had called ahead to confirm date and time for the work to be done. Phil had previously visited to confirm which trees were to be removed - one large poplar and two medium Manitoba maples. The poplar was topped then felled without damage to the house or surrounding foliage, then cut up and the brush chipped, the trunk segments stacked at the side of the road, as agreed. The two maples at the back of the property were likewise downed with the brush being dragged to the front to be chipped in the driveway. The cleanup was exemplary - no complaints there! Finally, Phil had a colleague contact me to arrange stump removal which was done for about $700, and also neatly cleaned up. These prices are very reasonable. First rate company - thanks Phil!

Severe basement perimeter linkage of high ground water due to little ground frost required immediate attention. AquaGuard's web site is extremely well-written and informative. Attention to professional detail such as insurance and WSIB participation was assuring. Representative scheduled site inspection within a day of contact, providing analysis and options. An interior perimeter system with sump pump was clearly the preferred approach. The company was able to schedule an early start, and completed the work as estimated within four days. The results and work practices were of a very high standard, and I am entirely satisfied with the solution. Basement is now dry! Thanks for preserving the panelling for later re-use.
