Received quote from Elmer and was comparable with other quotes received. As they started the job in early September there were weather concerns and Rudy and Elmer managed to beat the rain and complete the job in 2 very long days. They did a great job prepping and the completed job looks fantastic. Elmer and Rudy were very professional and polite. Would recommend them to others and use again.

Had another roofing company supposedly repair this same issue when had roof cleaned/demossed and gutters cleaned a while back. Noticed drips again coming from around the chimney stack and opted for a different company. Called Surlang and was able to get appt to check out the roof within a day. Rick did walk through the upstairs and then inspected the area of leak. He took photos of the area where there was obvious poor initial construction and took measurements etc for fabricating new material for chimney base and returned the next day to repair. Major rainfall recently and no audible drips! Thanks guys! Great job and fair price. Would definitely use again (hoping get another 10 yrs out of the current roof).

Noticed some noise coming from the side of the house and then observed birds coming out of the end of one gutter. Called AAA and was able to get an appointment for the next day within a two hour window. Randy attended and checked out all of the possible entrance areas on the roof in addition to the location where the birds were observed and then provided a quote with required and optional work. In addition to reviewing for other entrances for the birds; he also checked for possible signs of rats and other critters on the roof and the hot tub and made some suggestions. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the job - he located the nest about 5 feet down from the entrance, removed it and sealed up well. He also sealed up a dryer vent and removed a mass of lint as well
