We hired Roofworks based on a referral from a friend who is a building inspector and knows their work. Their quote was competitive for our large 3,000 square foot warehouse flat roof re-do. Adam, Scott and team provided us with options, showed up on time, worked to the schedule, worked with us to solve a drainage problem that popped up, got us a drain plumber, addressed any issues we brought up. They left us confident that if we have any issues in future we can feel free to call under warranty.

Whisperer came by my warehouse business within one day of calling, listened to my flat roof leaking issues, viewed the area with me both inside and up on the roof, measured only the area that needed replacing with me there so we could discuss the best repair methods. They returned to remove, patch and repair the blistered area, let the membrane and tar materials dry, then returned to finalize the pebble topping. They noticed a few flashings that needed caulking and sealing and did those while they were up there. The price was fair and work timely. They had done work at my home that was stellar so I called for this issue and was again glad I did. You can't go wrong with Whisperer when you compare what's out there.

Second time using Fixer on the roof. Last year they installed my roof and cedar shingled the front of my house... beautiful. This year I had them come back, quote for and install a Velux skylight on the flat portion of my roof. They are one of few qualified teams licensed and qualified to act on behalf of Velux. Fixer came, installed, made sure it opened and closed properly, cleaned up all packaging and debris in no time at all. Strong recommend, strong work ethic and business practice.

"Fixer" removed ashphalt shingles from angled portions of my roof, repaired + replaced rotting wood, installed new barrier,ice shields,roofline venting,new shingles and at my request covered the dormer sections with Cedar Shingles instead of asphalt. Although pricey, Fixer completed the work quickly,and as scheduled. The work ethic and business end of things was amazing comapred to the other 2 roofers that gave me quotes and would never let near my house.
