Sasha, Dejan and Luis were pleasant, efficient and professional. They understood the need for speed, and despite a full gut job which included discovering mould and a concrete floor that had to be levelled, they finished on time and within budget. They also cleaned up immaculately every day. The bathroom is beautiful. I couldn’t be more pleased. The guys at 21 Renovations were cheerful and made a renovation an enjoyable experience! I would highly recommend 21 Renovations. I will definitely use them again.

Michael was on time and highly efficient. He walked through the entire building, taking photos and explaining what he was seeing as he went. I felt confident he knew what he was doing and communicated what he saw as top priorities. His written report was highly detailed and allowed us to get a further reduction on the price

Neil is a friendly, get to it guy. One of the things I liked most when I first contacted him and we talked about the job was he asked me "when is convenient for you to have me come?". I don't think another trades person has ever asked ME when they should come. Most give me a series of times THEY are available and I have to fit them in. It was a simple job (replacing a light switch that had short-circuited and needed to be replaced) but as a result of his attitude and good work, I immediately booked him for a (slightly) bigger one. I recommend him with confidence.
