Very courteous and prompt service. He was able to diagnose and repair the issue very quickly. Have almost come to expect somewhat rude service people and it was refreshing to find Yevhen.

Very satisfied with the work done. There were a few hiccups that occurred, but nothing that wasn't dealt with timely and professionally. The entire team involved were a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work.
