I had used Paul and his team at Barabco a few years back (2002). The price was higher than the original estimate but so was the scope which was identified and approved. As expected, the renovation had issues which Paul did his best to ressolve largely explained by the kitchen company we employed and their missmeasurement of the site. Nonetheless, we were happy with the outcome and get many compliments on our home. Our house had appreciated in value pre reno post reno by almost exactly the cost of the project. Ladies and gentlemen: House renovations are costly. Next time don't renovate buy new and seek what that costs! The subtrades employed could have been better and definitely required to clean up their materials during and after completion of their work. I'd use Barabco again and would recommend them to others.
