I called Brothers plumbing because I had used them once before when we bought our house 10 years ago and the service then was amazing. I am very happy I called them again. Customer service is huge in my books so when I left a message on their website and received a call back within 24 hours, this was a great start. Throughout the week while the work was being done, Lisa kept me updated continuously and always set my mind at ease if a problem arose. I have to give huge credits to her team as well as the job was not an easy one to handle but they completed the work in less time than I had anticipated. very excited now to be able to make use of a long neglected portion of our home and Brothers Plumbing gets an A+ for Customer Service, Outstanding Expertise in their Field and True Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed. And yes, I am much more than satisfied. Thank you Lisa and your team for all that you have done for us. Keep up the superb work!!

I wish every contractor or anyone involved in providing a service can take a page out of this companies rule book on how to provide stellar customer service and stick by what you advertise. From my first call to my initial meeting with Sebastian to the crew showing up 15 minutes before the scheduled time, these guys were truly unbelievable. My roof and the eaves look amazing and all this was done within two days with no mess, no issues since and a true value add. One company I called wanted to charge close to double for less work. Sebastian gave me the initial quote and stood by it right until the the job was completed. Professional Roofers has to be the best in the business. Can't thank you guys enough for the work you did and the superb customer service that you provided. Great Job guys!!!!

We called Toronto Plumbers for a leak and ended up with a whole new bathroom to be proud of. The initial meeting we had with Alex, we felt comfortable right through until the job was completed. Andrew and his son Alex (plumbers), Tom (piping, cutting), and Andy (drywall, tiles) were courteous, professional and truly a pleasure to work with. As tough as the job was and we know it was because we were afraid to deal with it over the years, these guys did an amazing job and I wouldn't hesitate in calling them in the future. Though I hope I don't need to (hahaha), they would be the first on my list for sure. Thanks you guys for all your hard work and for truly making our home more comfortable and presentable.
