Leon and his team at Alma (Alex, Yuri,Sergei & the installer) are incredible! We had 2 entrance doors, a patio door and a window replaced. Initial meeting with Leon was very professional. I explained what I needed and timeline we required, which was pressing. Leon went above and beyond our expectations in accommodating our requirements, delivery and installation. Leons's word is "golden", he told us that the project would be started and completed by a certain date.....and it was! Customer service was outstanding. My husband and I were extremely pleased with Mark's workmanship. Very clean and took extra care in bringing in the shower enclosures ensuring no damage to the walls. Price point point was great compared to other companies we price checked.
