I contacted Sarman Air for a quote through homestars. John M was extremely prompt in getting back to me - came to have a look at the job site straight away and provided a reasonable quote really quickly. He came back to do the job literally hours after I said I wanted to go ahead, worked within my schedule and left the property in great condition. If you need a job done quickly, well and on budget I highly recommend him. He was also great about communicating little details e.g. sent me the proposed location of the AC unit via a photo and confirmed this before proceeding with the install.

Gta glass railings were excellent. Rafael was very prompt in getting back to me with a quote, and helpful in deciding what type of base support to go with. He was flexible in terms of timing and it took less than a week from coming to measure the quote, to finishing the installation. Best of all, it was reasonably priced and looks amazing. Thank you!

Chris and Ted left me with a leaking basement, poor framing and a lot of headaches. No-one wanted to touch the house after they saw the work these guys had done. There were examples of short cuts everywhere and it was a nightmare trying to get them to come back to speak with the Architect and City Building inspector. In the end they stopped returning my calls completely. Never finished the job. Never refunded anything on what ended up being an expensive mistake! I heard from another contractor that they have done this many times before. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Bijan was very professional in responding to my request for a quote. He also explained the process and the options well - and I'm not very technical! The work was done ahead of time, as an accommodation to me. And it was of a high quality and the clean up afterwards was very good. They followed up shortly with warranty information and were always professional and courteous. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Spring Home Heating.

Sergio did an amazing job of rewiring my 100+ year old house and installing top quality electrical outlets and pot lights. (I went with pot lights in the basement and more traditional lights on the other floors). He was patient explaining the process and extremely accommodating and flexible with my timeline. His recommendations were helpful and practical and I have a lot of trust in his experience. He was never pushy and I really appreciate this! Because nothing is ever straightforward when it comes to renovating, it was a relief knowing that he was doing the work, taking the time to make sure every last things was perfect, and dealing with me changing my mind! I would call him back again if I ever had another project and highly recommend him to anyone who wants a quality electrical job at a good price and with less stress!
