I recently hired ProRise to paint my 700sq ft condo and am very pleased with the results and with the entire process. I was in a bit of a time crunch because I had a 2 week window to get the place painted before moving in. They responded very quickly to my request and had great suggestions for paint. They were able to work with my time frame too. Pablo helped manage my project and was very prompt, communicative, and knowledgeable! On the day of, the painting team was excellent - Friendly, courteous, clean and efficient. The walls look smooth and even. Pablo and his team went above and beyond to help get my painting done within the tight time frame. Hiring contractors can be stressful but I didn’t feel that way with Prorise. Also I showed the freshly painted to family and friends and they were all very impressed with colour and quality :) thanks ProRise for the stress-free painting experience!

We contacted Malcolm to get a leaky section of our roof fixed. It has been a problem for us every time there was heavy rain. Malcolm quickly came to inspect and give an estimate. He clearly and patiently explains what he plans to do and why the problem is there. He found that the leak is caused by faulty design (no place for the rainwater to run off). He basically removed the clay roof tiles from that section and "rebuilt" so that there is now room for the rain to flow or to sweep off. Not an easy task! Although Malcolm underestimated the time and effort, he stayed true to his word with his quote. Thanks Malcolm!
