We recently found a couple of bathroom fixtures at Taps that were perfectly suited to our newly renovated bathroom. However, upon ordering the 2 pieces (towel rod, toilet paper holder) we were sent on a 4 week run-around that ultimately ended with us being told that the toilet paper holder (only) had been discontinued. This after numerous trips and miscommunications that left us with no resolution and absolutely no confidence in the staff's knowledge of their product line.
