Philip the Salesman was great when he walked into my house but after the windows were installed and major leak from one of the windows occurred. I called him up and he was a completely man altogether and not helpful at all. I subsequently dealt with Omar, Service Manager who agreed that the window needs to be replaced and is a manufacturers defect. I have placed couple of calls into the service department but have not heard from anyone as yet!!! Once my window is replaced and leak free I will write another review to reflect my satisfaction!
