The technician was on time, very courteous, and thorough. He diagnosed the problem quickly and showed me exactly what the problem was. He took his time cleaning and repairing the drier and making sure that all other components were in good working order. He also made sure that the working space was left clean and orderly. The pricing was discussed before any repairs were made so there were no surprises at the end. The pricing was what I expected it to be. There was no house-call fee tacked "on top" as well as we went ahead with the repairs as discussed. I will definitely use this service again. Very pleased.
