Chris at Haystack Homes was available at very short notice to complete an informal house inspection for me before my offer was finalized. He assessed moisture in the floor and exterior wall, and provided a recommendation for monitoring that gave me enough reassurance to proceed with the home purchase. When a client has a specific issue they want inspected it will be reviewed on a case by case basis. I am glad we were able to help with your moisture ingress issue.
