I needed some house designs drawn before deciding whether it would make sense to build on my very tiny lot. My house lot is only 16ft wide... with the interior width of the house only 12 feet from wall to wall, and with very little distance between my house and the neighbours on either side. Because it is so tiny is was difficult finding a design that would maximize the interior space and also make the exterior of the house look bigger than its modest dimensions. I needed a creative home designer, to solve my problems, and one that wouldn’t cost me an arm and a leg. It was quite happenstance that I ran into Jerson, but things have gone quite smoothly since that point. Working with Jerson has been absolutely outstanding. The designs were done quite fast, and it completely captured the modern, tall, sleek look I was going for. He did an great job of taking my vague thoughts and transforming them in to a very unique, beautiful and one of a kind creation that fits the unique challenges of my lot. Next phase for me is to get the permits, at which point I will be looking forward to building this house with Jerson and Orlando
