I called them as part of warranty - dishwasher tub was not filing - they were on time- courteous and fixed the problem and proactively fixed another problem - recognising that the main panel was glowing eer so dimly even when off..service technician was called Lucas.

I required help twice in the last two years for dishwaasher related problems. Chris is polite, pleasant and quickly fixed the problem. he also proactively fixed 'a noise' that seemed to be the result of the earlier problem. Would call him again if there was a problem.

We just moved into a house with a chimney and were relatively unfamiliar with chimney maintenance. But Mark told us that a sweep was not required and gave us plenty of other advice to get us going. H didn't have to do too much but what impressed me was his honesty. I think Magic Touch has won another long term customer.

Joel Installed a screen for our front door a few months ago. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the product but more than that we were very impressed by his commitment to doing what it takes to ensure that his customer is completely satisfied. I would recommend Joel and would hire him again if I needed similar help.
