To avoid! The worst moving experience out of 4 times! We used several moving companies in the past. We thought like you that the ranking on HomeStars was good and price was reasonable, let's give it a shot, big mistake! The staff seemed nice at first. - The staff broke some of our furniture (and acknowledge it, they broke it in front of us) - Some furniture and items were "missing/lost"! They recognized the facts, we had to insist a lot (the staff was rude over the phone) to get $60 to compensate the value of a $700-$800 furniture damaged or "missing"/"lost". Still can't believe it! It took us 1 month and then we just wanted to put this behind us (as we did not really care about $60). The worst moving experience! Do not use them! Regarding the response of the company below : We "were" a customer (incredible that are trying to make our review less credible) and we discussed with your services for 1 month, why should I loose more time to contact you again. After such a bad experience, I am sure that you would understand that we do not want to recommend your services.
