Majid and his team installed a Lennox furnace & AC unit, humidifier, and a Navien tankless water heater to our house. With the new furnace, we can now easily reach temperatures that we could not before during a very cold winter. Everything is working great and we are excited to try the AC very soon! My parents needed a new furnace and air conditioner. Because English is not their first language, I wanted to ensure they were getting quality products backed with great service. Marnie met with my parents and took the time to explain their services as well as how rebates can work once everything was completed. I communicated with Marnie several times (over the phone and thru emails). She was very professional, knowledgable, and clear....but most importantly, I felt she genuinely cared about making sure my parents were going to be ok with the entire installation as well as backing up the units that they installed. My parents were very happy with the entire process. The crew that came to do the installation worked extremely hard and were very diligent. My parents told me everything works great. Thank you Marnie for taking good care of my parents! I will definitely go back to Convertible once it's time for our furnace and A/C to be replaced as well.

After doing a lot of research and receiving a lot of different quotes on both Quartex and Caesar Stone, we found that there was a huge variance in price between different fabricators. We found some fabricators to be really expensive but took pride in the quality of their work, while other fabricators seemed to be much cheaper but we weren't sure of their services. Aurora Marble was one of the few that gave a competitive price but also were confident in the quality of their work. We found Aurora Marble through Caesar Stone, since they were one of the few companies that carried a particular slab. They did an excellent job with the way they mitred our counters as well as the way they cut the stone. We were very happy with the installation (i.e. the craftsmanship and attention to detail) and because we were late buying our faucets, they even came back twice to drill in the holes, as we had gotten one faucet and then another for a hot water dispenser. This was just one of the many examples when the entire team was very accommodating. We felt that everyone we dealt with sincerely cared to get the job done right, even after they were paid in full. And now that everything is done, we couldn't be happier. We give this company a huge thumbs up - they deserve the perfect 10/10!

Soon after we began to renovate our new house, we decided to permanently fix some water leaks we had in the basement. Of the 4 quotes we received from very reputable companies, Aqua Tech (without knowing it) gave us the best price. There was no pressure to take on the job...instead, Dominic gave us some tips and options to consider in the future. A few months later, we made the decision to have the basement internally waterproofed by them and they completed the job in 3 days. Andrew and his team were always there on time and they worked extremely hard to have the work done right. They also explained step by step of how the system works and they made sure everything was clean once they finished. At the very end, Andrew showed me how the sump pump works and he also helped me complete the paperwork needed in order to get my rebate from the City. He also gave me their 25 year warranty certificate. In all honesty, everyone I dealt with in this company (Andrew, Dominic, and the entire crew) were extremely kind and professional. They went out of their way to prove Aqua Tech is an exceptional company. Aqua Tech's services were outstanding and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with waterproofing their house.
