Terrible experience from the day of the install and for years after. They did not seal any of the vents on our roof, they knocked off plaster from the outside of my house, left nails everywhere, and the roofing job was so bad that my house immediately began to leak after it was done. They sent two different people out to see the roof after and they each told us a different answer but would not fix it. Despite sending the company owner an actual video of water pouring into my house, I got zero help. They blamed ice damming despite the problem starting during the summer! In the end we found out that every vent was leaking and an area where 2 peaks met had a 1/2" gap that was not shingled or sealed in any way so water could just pour in when it rained. It took us 10 years to find someone to fix it and to save enough to replace the roof again. What a waste!

I called Kevin after finding his great reviews online. From the first call he was professional, helpful, and put my mind at ease. After our previous roofing fiasco I was very nervous and distrustful but Kevin obviously cared far more than the company we used last time. He knew immediately why our roof kept leaking (for several years) and how to fix it despite FIVE "professionals" from our last roofer not being able to figure it out. Kevin kept me up to date with photos during the job because I couldn't be there. He was amazing with knowledge, work ethic, clean-up after, billing, etc. We couldn't be happier!
