I purchased the first high-e AC+furnace from AireOne in 2008 for my first home in Kitchener. Loved it!! Their service was excellent. As a home owner, you don't need to worry about anything - sales person came to see the layout of the house and recommended the unit that would work the best for the house. And the installation team were very efficient to put everything together and haul-away the 20-year old furnace for free. I was so glad to have AC installed that summer. I purchased another high-e AC from them June 2010 since we built a Energy-Star home in Waterloo. The same sales person came by and recommended a unit works perfectly for our high-e furnace, which was installed by the builder. They arranged the installation before the HST took effect, so I saved more than $200 on the purchase if it was purchased after July. They took care of everything and the outside unit is so quiet.
