I am BLOWN AWAY by how awesome these guys are. I called around to compare roofers recommended by our inspector, our realtor, and our engineer friends, and not only were their prices totally reasonable, but they were so professional, friendly, and responsive. Choosing them was a no-brainer. - Super knowledgeable and communicative when discussing roofing options. Gave me honest answers, even if those answers resulted in me not spending as much money with them. - Were very clear about what I needed to do, written in email well in advance (not leave my car in the garage, remove garden decorations from harm's way, etc) - Responded so quickly any time I had a question, no matter how small - Came when they said they would - SO organized. Staff member for each piece of the job. Materials delivered on to the roof the day before. So streamlined! - Every person I dealt with from City Boss was so friendly and professional. Felt totally comfortable having them working around our home. - Got the job all done in one day! - Sent me drone pictures of each step when the job was all done so that I could see how well they had done! - Went above and beyond. Seriously awesome.

After a horrible experience with a different plumber, my friend told me about Homestars, so I tried it out when basement ceiling started leaking. Calgary Comfort called me promptly and were so courteous on the phone. Their rates were reasonable, and Dave was able to come the same day to help with our leak. I was kept apprised of his arrival time via text; fantastic communication. Dave arrived as expected, solved the problem quickly on his first try, and then walked me through what the issues were and how to avoid them in the future. So friendly and professional, and really knows his stuff. The price was fair and the service was exceptional.

Howard was AMAZING. He word hard to accommodate our schedule, showed up on time, was friendly and professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He was thorough in his inspection and clear in his explanations. He had an understanding of everything to do with a house, with insurance, and with the negotiation process and what he needed to provide to help us. And to boot, he had a 200pg document full of pictures and text of our property ready for us to look at at 7am the very next morning! So professional, so prompt, and an amazing value for what he charges. Also, has contacts and was able to recommend services when asked for recommendations. This guy is the way to go.

Our dryer stopped spinning about 6 months ago, and my friend recommended Tiernan from HRAS as being somebody trustworthy and affordable. Tiernan came right away and did a perfect job for a very reasonable price on our dryer. Then last week our washer stopped draining and spinning. When we called Tiernan, he remembered me and came right away. A perfect gentleman, we would definitely trust him in our home to fix our appliances any time.
