Treigh was very quick to provide an estimate, and in responding to my inquiries. I had been in touch with a couple other, more highly rated moving companies, but decided to take a chance with Energy Crew because of the lack of a minimum charge. I've moved a number of times in the last five years, and have always been over-estimated on moving times; I've been hit with often outrageous charges for a "minimum" that is usually twice as long as the job actually takes. Although Treigh's estimate was generous (4-6 hours), I was only charged for the time worked (2 hours). This alone is worth 10 Stars, in my opinion.
On top of that, I was met with an additional mover on the service day that I was not expecting, which made the job all the more quick and smooth. The movers were friendly and professional. All three introduced themselves right away, and we did a walkthrough of my unit to briefly discuss everything to be loaded. Then I stepped out of the way and they were off with swift and careful efficiency. The movers shared friendly banter with me, and were never anything less than courteous.
Next time I move, Energy Crew will be my first and only consideration.
The only downsides:
-Arrival was 20 minutes later than agreed, but I was only charged for the actual time worked, so this was offset by the quickness of the job.
-An old lamp's glass shade was shattered, but I blame myself for not packing it appropriately; the crew was very apologetic.
-My couch didn't fit into my new unit, but the crew still tried as much as they could to make it work.
