CAS exceeded my expectation. My sales Rep Naveed Afzal is one I would recommend. Bought online and through it all it was a wonderful experience. Naveed was patient to attend to all my questions went over and beyond to give an experience that is second to none. I have no regrets recommending CAS and Naveed. He is at the Scarborough store and I was living in Mississauga when I purchased and had the items delivered to Brantford. Great experience and blessings to the company

These guys are a blessing. I was worried about the stain on my living room and kitchen, sent a text to the contact number at 2:56a.m and Alex responds at 2:57a.m this Thanksgiving morning. He asked for a description of the issue and assured me that all is well, that all will be fixed and I should get some sleep. He promised to have his colleague at my place between 9:00 - 9:30am in the morning and sure thing William was at my place at 8:50a.m Thanksgiving morning!. He was able to diagnose the problem and now i can really give thanks ?? for everything including “Award Plus Plumbing” . I would sure give more than 10 but that’s the maximum. The first left burner of my Frigidaire stove does not heat up for some time. I called Yevhen yesterday and he showed up at my place with the intention of fixing the problem the next day as scheduled. A complete gentleman, arrived on time, he tried his possible best to fix the issue but unfortunately the issue was more complicated. He is a honest gentleman and good to work with. I recommend him to any one looking to fix their appliance(s). A rare gem and pleasant to relate to. Shalom!

As a single mom of 3, I was quite apprehensive about getting good furniture that is unique and great quality . Thanks for all your wonderful reviews it led me to a wonderful company "Choice Leather Furniture" and I experienced first hand great customer service from Adrian (God bless him soooo much). I am in love with the furniture and confirm that there is no exaggeration in the reviews. It is very well worth every cent paid. We had some trouble getting the furniture in but Adrian and his colleague carefully took their time to get it through the back door without breaking anything and restored things back. Adrian, I could have given more rating but the maximum rating is 10 my youngest child gave the furniture 107% (don't ask the criteria). Thanks for the wonderful experience.
