Do not use this company!!! Danielle and everyone else connected with this company are rude and don't have a clue about what customer service is. I hired MSJ to transport my vehicle from Edmonton to Toronto. When I went to pick it up I was greeted with a huge hole in the bumper. The wheel flare was hanging off and the front bumper was also damaged!! No one informed me about the damages. They just handed me my keys and left the surprise for me to find out when I got to where it was parked. I later found out that a driver rammed a forklift in my vehicle. Not sure why a forklift was anywhere near my vehicle. When I contacted Danielle, she offered no apology she just hurriedly told me to contact another guy to get it fixed. MSJ has only taken responsibility for the damages made to my back bumper and wheel flare but claim they didn't damage the front even when their own employee where it was loaded said the driver packed the vehicles too close and that my vehicle banged all the way from Edmonton to Brampton causing the damage. MSJ does not know how to run a business. I paid to have my vehicle transported. I didn't ask for a free service neither did I ask for you to damage my vehicle. All I have been getting is the run around from Danielle and her staff including her middle man. The part they fixed was not even done properly. The paint is bubbling and the wheel flare is still pushing out. This means that at some point I still have to get that redone. This experience has been a horror story from start and it's still going. It's been weeks and I am still trying to settle this without taking the matter to court but I am getting very impatient. They were quick to demand payment within 48 hours however, now that they are in the wrong they are dragging your feet. Danielle and Richard, I am still waiting to get the front of my vehicle fixed! Do not use this company. If something happens such as in a previous post I read, they will try to ignore you to get away with their unethical practices by way of their corner shop business.
