Firstly I want to thank HomeStars for providing a resource that can be trusted. Through you we found an exceptional contractor who is now our go to company for all drain/plumbing needs. Onto our story: we run a store and it all started with a backed up drain in our staffs lavatory. Umbrella (Vlodymyr) fixed it. We had another contractor snake it before we found umbrella but the issue kept on coming back until we called umbrella. The day Vlodymyr came it's been smooth sailing from that point on. He used special tools to show a break in the line. He explained why another snake was not a solution. This meant the backup would resume unless the damaged joint was fixed permanently. No other contractor who came before Vlad gave us the analysis and the info we really needed to know!!! The issue was solved by umbrella the next day. The cost: $ 3000 and it was worth every penny.
