When we dealt with a guy 2 years ago named Dale, I would have have given our experience 5 stars. He even came back to fix a small issue 1 week later with no problem and came through exactly as discussed. HOWEVER, less than 2 years later after having them replace all our cutters, flashing & fashia, we had a major leak in our living room ceiling. Reason: flashing was not sitting flush against the room thus allowing water in. We called in a panic on Monday (obviously when it's raining in your living room, one would be upset). Spoke with Mike who assured us he'd check it out the next day. No calls back for 3 days. Called back and was rudely told by office person that he was on a big job in Huntsville and could not get back to us until the next MONDAY. To this day we have still not heard back. Fortunately our neighbour is a PROFESSIONAL roofer and is used to fixing other people's mistakes. They obviously do not back up their work, nor do they think the "little" guy is important enough to get back to. We seriously do not recommend.
