It is the second time we contract Valentin and I am always impressed with his knowledge and patience. Valentin always takes the time to explain what the problem is and how to prevent the same situation to reoccur in the future. We called him because the water flow in the kitchen suddenly became very weak and we couldn't wash the dishes or use the dishwasher anymore. I sent pictures of the water valves to Valentin and he was able to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. The rubber parts in the valves were broken and they had travelled down the lines, thus blocking the stream of water. Valentin managed to retrieve the rubber parts from the lines and to replace the shutoffs with better ones (without rubber). His work was very clean and he was very careful not to leave a mess. We would definitely call him again for another job!

I called the company after my stove suddenly stopped working. We are a big family and I was kind of frantic! John G. and his apprentice were dispatched to our house the same day and they were very professional. I had actually asked for someone to check my stove and dishwasher, and they gave an estimate for both. They really took their time to locate the problem and make sure that they came up with a proper diagnosis. John was very honest about the dishwasher and advised us to get a new one, as we would have to pay more for fixing the current one. However, he recommended that we replace the faulty part in the oven (main control board) as it would still be more cost efficient. I must say that, although I told him not to go ahead with the dishwasher, he still took the time to explain what features I should be looking for in a new one and gave me a few insider's tips. Their estimate was honest and clear. They came back the following day with the new part and fixed the oven. It is now up and running! Beside their professional competence and integrity, I would like to add that it was a pleasure dealing with them. I never felt pressured and they took the time to explain everything. As an added bonus, John was very good with my dog, who is usually very suspicious of people she doesn't know! He somehow managed to make her feel comfortable the moment he came in (not a small feat)!
